ABOUT US
Mark Pinney Associates is a bespoke architecture practice with over 25 years of experience in creating intelligent and beautiful design. From its riverside studio in London, the team of dedicated architects, designers and support staff strive to produce buildings and interiors of quality, for clients who share their enthusiasm for design.
Although the practice has grown significantly since its inception, Mark Pinney Associates retains the ethos of a small firm, allowing it to provide their continually growing client base with a bespoke, client-centred architectural service, both in the UK and internationally. Its residential portfolio includes projects in London, New York, Tuscany and Tel Aviv. It has established lasting relationships with a skilled and committed group of specialist consultants, craft and tradespeople, in order to offer a complete architectural design and project management solution, from concept to execution.

How would you describe your style?
"We work with our clients to create high-quality residential design, spanning a broad spectrum of styles, tailored to each individual. We aim to realise the potential of each project by addressing the fundamental elements of design first, ensuring maximum daylight gains, optimum floor-to-ceiling heights and intelligent use of space. We strive to produce responsive designs that reflect each client’s lifestyle and individual set of circumstances. Working in this way, the design process becomes a unique collaboration between client and architect, supported by the rest of the team, to ensure successful delivery and long-term value."

"The recent refurbishment of a loft apartment in the heart of Soho involved stripping the interior back to its brickwork shell and inserting new interiors. The resulting large and luxurious apartment with bespoke finishes references the building’s industrial and Art Deco provenance. Internal, glazed doors echo the original Crittall windows and allow areas to be separated whilst preserving a light, open plan feel; coffered ceilings with recessed cove lighting ensure maximum ceiling heights are achieved."
