We currently have a spare room in our fully furnished, new build apartment available from 29th November for 3 months until the end of February Located within the East Village (Stratford) complex, these apartments were built to house the athletes from the London 2012 Olympics. Bills are NOT INCLUDED - (Typically £100 a month including council tax and other bills) About the house: ~ Living area/kitchen/dining room (with dishwasher) ~ Smart TV with Netflix and Now TV (Sky Sports & BT Sports) included ~ Washing machine and tumble dryer ~ Apartment balcony overlooking the East Village complex ~ 1 Shared bathroom & 1 en-suite bathroom ~ Plenty of natural light About the room: ~ En suite private bathroom ~ The room has a double bed, luxury mattress, wardrobe, a desk for at home working and chested drawers ~ The room has a lockable door for your privacy Amenities (Walking distance): ~ Gym - 1 min ~ Sainsburys - 1 min ~ Stratford International Station (HS1 & DLR) - 2 mins ~ Waitrose & Westfield Shopping Mall - 3 mins ~ Stratford Station (Central, Jubilee, DLR, TfL, Overground, various more) - 7 mins ~ Hackney Marshes & Victoria Park - 10 mins About the housemates: Drake (32 years old) - Very social, loves football and working out - Works in technology sales - Loves music festivals and the outdoors Joe (27 years old) - Works in technology sales - Loves to keep fit via Fitcross - Enjoys travelling and eating out We are looking for a clean, tidy and sociable person to add to the good vibes at 5 Mira House! We both keep busy in our rooms during the weekdays (WFH 3-4 days a week), but enjoy hanging out in the lounge in evenings and on weekends. Partial to a take away & beer during the week - watching the football or a movie.
