The house is a registered HMO that meets all health and safety requirements.
It has a spacious, newly fitted kitchen and garden. It has three bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite. It is about 7 minutes walk from Plaistow Underground and a short bus journey to Stratford Underground and Westfield Shopping Centre. Bus stops are 2/3 mins from the house.
It is £800 all bills INC. No deposit taken.
