We are looking to rent out the top floor of our newly built house. We are looking to rent it out to a female (preferably Muslim) professional. We are both professionals with 2 small children.
We expect the female to be a non smoker and be respectful of our Muslim faith.
The price includes all bills (excluding electricity bills).
